Return and Refund Policy
We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your car to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, you can contact us at the following address: info@autocertif.online. Please note that returns must be sent to the address specified by customer service.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the car is defective or damaged so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the car you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new vehicle.
14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the car must be in the same condition in which you received it,
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
