Any purchase made on the Site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Vehicle photographs are not contractually binding and may not accurately reflect the vehicle's appearance at the time of sale.
4. Order

. All orders are considered an offer to purchase subject to vehicle availability. The customer receives an order confirmation by email, summarizing the details of their purchase.
5. Price
Vehicle prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and are subject to change at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the customer confirms their order.
6. Payment
Payment for vehicles is made online using the payment methods offered on the Site (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Payment is secured using a banking data encryption protocol.
7. Delivery and transfer of ownership
Vehicles are available for sale and can be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Transfer of ownership occurs only after payment of 15 % or the full sale price.
8. Warranty
Used vehicles offered by AUTOS EXPRESS GmbH are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the vehicle to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The vehicle must be returned in its original condition, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
10. Liability
AUTOS EXPRESS is committed to providing vehicles that match the description on the website. However, AUTOS EXPRESS cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in the information provided on the website, it being understood that this information is provided for informational purposes only.
11. Protection of personal data
The personal data recorded when purchasing a vehicle is necessary to process the order. They are selected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy , available on our website. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
